Address Whitelist
The whitelist is your profile’s Address Book of pre-approved destination addresses. A policy can require the destination to be whitelisted — any transfer to an address not in the book is rejected before reaching the signing layer.
Whitelist entries are network-specific. The same address string must be added per blockchain — an Ethereum entry does not cover TRON or Bitcoin.
Adding an Address
Open the Address Book
Navigate to Addresses → Registered Addresses.
Add a New Address
Click Add new address and fill in:
- Name — A descriptive label for the address (e.g. “Binance Hot Wallet”, “Counterparty XYZ”).
- Blockchain — The network this address belongs to.
- Address — The destination address (validated for the selected network).
- Description — Optional free-text note.
Confirm on Mobile
Adding an address is a governed operation: the change is confirmed from an enrolled mobile signer app (the device signs it). The dashboard shows a “confirm in mobile app” prompt and activates the entry once the device confirms.
Address Groups
Related addresses can be organised into Address Groups (Addresses → Address Groups). A policy’s To condition can match an entire address group, so you can allow transfers to a set of counterparties with a single rule.
Temporary (One-Time) Addresses
For dynamically generated destinations, a temporary whitelist address can be added — a one-time entry that does not require mobile confirmation. This is the one whitelist operation available via the API; see the Policies API reference.
Temporary addresses trade the mobile-confirmation step for automation. Use them only where dynamic destinations are genuinely required, and keep the API key that creates them tightly scoped.
Removing Addresses
Addresses are removed from the Address Book in the dashboard (single or bulk removal). Removing an address does not affect transfers already signed.
